Finitas are working alongside a growing, exciting business looking to add a commercially minded FP&A individual to the finance team to build a platform for business performance monitoring and decision support.

Report into the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for delivering on short and medium term financial objectives of the group; and involved in the preparation of management information to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• FP&A reporting, KPI tracking and integration of financial and actuarial data
• Collate and prepare regular forecasts and analysis
• Delivery of budget, forecasting to an agreed timeline

Key Skills & Experience:

• Recent experience in a commercial finance role
• Experience of the insurance sector is preferred, not essential
• Demonstrable experience in contributing to process change
• The ability to analyse data and concisely present key messages
• Strong MS Excel skills & financial modelling skills are essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
• To be qualified with a recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
