SMCR Advisor - New Role - South West - up to £35k pa

I am working with a reputable organisation within the Financial Services Sector who are looking for a SMCR Advisor, to join them on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded company.

This role will be responsible for the regular and repeatable activity associated with the Certification regime, and for supporting the SMCR Manager with the Financial Services Directory requirements.

You will be producing and storing 'certificates' for all Certified Persons and responsible for Certified Persons tracker, compiling dispensation requests and managing all regulated references.

They are looking for the following experience:

• Experience of working with the HR processes, whether in a Shared Services environment or Recruitment
• SMCR experience
• Experience with the Fitness and Propriety processes
