SMCR Advisor - New Role - South West - up to £35k pa

I am working with a reputable organisation within the Financial Services Sector who are looking for a SMCR Advisor, to join them on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded company.

This role will be responsible for the regular and repeatable activity associated with the Conduct Rules regime, and will also be responsible for all management information and reporting associated with SMCR at the firm.

You will be managing the flow of all individual Conduct Rule cases arising from disciplinary sanctions and supporting with the creation and roll out Conduct Rules training modules. You will also be managing the consistent tracking of Conduct Rules breaches and reporting of all monthly internal SMCR Office management.

They are looking for the following experience:

• Experience of working with HR processes, such as disciplinary and grievance
• SMCR experience
• Conduct Rules experience is desirable
