Support Team Lead - City of London (flexible working) - Insurance - up to £80,000 pa

Finitas are working exclusively with a London market consultancy SME in their efforts to add to their growing team. The client are a small consultancy delivering Finance Software solutions exclusively to the Lloyd's Insurance market. They are looking for a Support Team Lead to join them on a permanent basis.

As the Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of Support and Maintenance services to their client base. You will manage queries from their clients and ensure that the Delivery Managers are made aware of client requests and issues.

This will be a client facing role and will see you liaising with clients to ensure ultimate satisfaction with their support services. You will have an oversight of a small team of support analysts, this will be a hands-on role.

They are looking for the following experience:
* SQL skills
* 3rd line background
* Datawarehouse experience desired
* Lloyds and / or London Market Insurance experience desired
