Finitas are paired with an exciting London Market Insurance company looking to add an ambitious, collaborative, and experienced person to the Finance team as a Technical Accounting Manager. You will have the opportunity to join a business who care about their staff and invest in the development of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the reporting framework and ensure compliance with Regulatory requirements
  • Technical reviews of Stat & Reg Reporting
  • Lead the transition of IFRS 17 to BAU
  • Consistent process improvement

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • Strong Insurance background and deep understanding of Lloyd's, SII, and UK GAAP
  • Analytical approach
  • Strong communicator and collaborator
