Technical Project Manager - Defence Sector
Copenhagen, Denmark (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to EUR70,000 - 80,000
We are partnered exclusively with a rapidly growing defence‑technology organisation that is expanding its presence in Copenhagen and looking for a strong in‑country project leader to support major European programmes.

About the Role
The organisation is seeking a reliable and technically minded Project Manager to oversee delivery of complex, security‑sensitive programmes. You'll act as the key link between engineering teams and government or military customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and in full compliance with regulatory and security frameworks.
You'll be based primarily in Copenhagen, with some travel across Europe to support customer engagements and programme reviews.
Key requirements:
- 3+ years' experience managing technical projects or programmes, ideally within defence, aerospace or government contracting.
- Background in military service or experience delivering work to defence/government customers.
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.
- Eligibility for Danish SECRET clearance (sponsorship available for the right candidate).
- Existing right to work in Denmark (EU/EEA nationals or valid Danish work permit).
