Technical Support & Office Manager | Lloyd's Broker | London/WFH | £60 - 70,000 (doe)
Finitas are proud to be exclusively partnering with a boutique Lloyd's broker in their search for a Technical Support & Office Manager to join their team. Reporting into the CFO you will be working with a small team across 3 different continents!
Some responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing Treaty information and placement of treaty programmes allocated
- Respond to clients and reinsurers' queries in a timely manner-Treaty.
- Manage the Reinsurance Administration team based in London - ensuring they have the right training in place to do their roles effectively.
- Preparation of monthly & ad-hoc management reports
- Staff training on Office systems, procedures, NOVUS, Xchanging and PPL.
- Manage account creation, deletion and requested amendments with external IT provider.
- General Office Management duties.
Experience required:
- Must be from a reinsurance/Lloyd's insurance background - minimum 4 years working in industry.
- Must have worked as either a Reinsurance Technician or Office Manager previously in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal with the ability to build relationships at all levels including c-suite.
- Excellent IT skills - proficient in MS Tools especially MS Excel.
- Experience in using Lloyd's systems such as NOVUS and Xchanging would be preferable.
Please note that you will be required to work in their London office 4 days a week with 1 day working from home.
