Transformation Risk Manager - Insurance - FTC 12 month contract - £60,000 - £80,000 pa
Finitas are delighted to be working exclusively with a highly successful insurance company. They are on the search for a Transformation Risk Manager on an initial FTC 12 month contract with the look to extend depending on status of the project. As their transformation journey continues their risks will continue to change, and they need an experienced Risk Manager to support the business.
You will be part of the 1st line risk management function within the Transformation Delivery Office and will play a lead role in the ongoing development and oversight of the Risk Management Framework and take an active senior role in overseeing and monitoring the Transformation risk profile.
They are looking for the following:
- 1st line Risk Management background
- Regulated industry background
- Strong communication skills
In addition to the base salary you would be entitled to 25 days annual leave, bonuses, private medical cover and significant discounts on both home and car insurance. There will also be an ongoing flexibility to work from home.
