Business Analyst | Insurance MGA | Hybrid/Gloucestershire | Outside IR35 | 6 months

Finitas are exclusively working with a rapidly-growing Managing General Agent (MGA) who're seeking an interim Business Analyst for an initial for a 6-month period.

You'll be working autonomously to gather requirements and create user stories to support growth of the MGA function, liaising seamlessly with a range of different stakeholders, SME's and affiliated companies. You will play an instrumental role in the successful delivery of two new insurance management systems (for Claims & Underwriting) both of which are already underway.

Essential:

• Minimum 3 years+ business analysis experience.
• Must be from an insurance background and have worked for an MGA.
• Experience of working with claims management systems and insurance management systems
• Experience of working with policy admin systems
• Confident working autonomously within an agile environment

Please note that this role is 4 days working from home with one day traveling to their office based in Gloucestershire. They would also like for this person to start in August 2025.
