Finitas are pleased to be exclusively partnered with a leading Lloyd's underwriter in their search for a claims administrator to assist the team, mainly focusing on Marine and Reinsurance business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Setting up claims and filing correspondence/ documents on to the internal system used by the claims team.
  • The production of reports, and dissemination of claims data both internally within the organisation, and externally to our service providers and brokers.
  • Inputting data on to the internal system and liaising with other departments within the company.
  • Assist in the production of monthly and quarterly MI for both the Syndicate and the Insurance Company for effective Board reporting.

Experience required:

  • A successful candidate will have held an administrative job previously (ideally in a regulated environment)
  • Experience with Excel and other Microsoft products is essential
  • To be degree educated is desireable but not essential
  • Insurance knowledge and ambition to be in the market
