Overview/Job Objective: In response to our client's Company's ongoing expansion, they seek a Middle Office/Broker Technician to bolster the burgeoning team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of the Lloyd's Insurance market and the technical expertise to aid brokers effectively.

The role involves close collaboration with Broking teams in multiple global locations, such as Singapore, Brussels, London, and New York. Responsibilities revolve around developing and upholding essential Policy documents, facilitating the smooth customer service delivery of our client. Additionally, working alongside the processing team is essential for resolving queries and ensuring seamless document submissions to partners, including Lloyd's of London.

Primary Duties:

· Collaborate with Brokers and Clients to create and manage Policy documentation

· Generate and maintain Insurance repayment schedules

· Ensure compliance with internal processes and controls

· Advocate for and utilize appropriate tools and systems for effective Policy Management

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Prior experience in Insurance and/or Political Risk

· Profound understanding of Lloyd's of London procedures and practices

· Proficiency in Excel, including VBA

· Advanced familiarity with other MS Office applications

· A collaborative team player willing to engage in multiple tasks

· Proactive and committed to achieving successful outcomes

· Capability to take ownership and be responsible for deliverables

· Pragmatic approach in stakeholder interactions

· Strong attention to detail

· Experience collaborating with international offices is advantageous
