Finitas are delighted to be partnered with an established but growing Lloyd's Syndicate in their search for a Senior Compliance Monitoring Officer. You will be responsible for the delivery of compliance monitoring reviews and the annual Compliance Monitoring and Testing Plan and will be reporting into the Compliance Monitoring Manager.

Experience required:

• Min 5 years compliance monitoring experience / audit experience is also considered
• From a financial services background - insurance would be highly desirable
• Experience of coaching and sharing knowledge with others
• Broad knowledge of risk management practices

This is an amazing opportunity to get some great exposure, especially as they are expanding internationally. You will also be in a position to mentor / manage an analyst and be key in their progression.

Please note that you will be required to work in their London office 2 days a week and 3 days from home.
